Design • Build • Renovate …and Live with Paltrin.
Reinvesting in established communities is an important part of keeping those communities relevant. Sometimes that means light maintenance on those homes, other times it means renovations or even replacement of depressed homes. This is not a bad thing as it helps create diversity of the neighborhood aesthetic and inspires other improvements. Additionally, over decades, it enables a neighborhood to keep stride with the community and not become too far gone as can happen when all of the homes become too old and neglected. The key is to replace those homes with new ones that fit the character of the neighborhood and meet the needs of new buyers without over building. Like to know more?
